Arch Manning’s new leader appears before his visit to Alabama, Texas

A new leader in the Arch Manning lottery has emerged ahead of his third visit to Texas and Alabama this spring.

It’s been a while since Texas football has won anything, but they are the new leader when it comes to arc manning the lottery.

On3 Recruitment Forecasting Machine He has a five-star quarterback in the 2023 class expected in Texas. It has Longhorns with 39.6 percent to acquire, followed by Alabama with 33.1 percent, Georgia with 18.5 percent and Ole Miss with 4.3 percent. Although other schools have been mingling with him throughout his enlistment process, he will join one of these programs.

Manning has always had an affinity with Texans, but that’s far from the worst of the four situations he could go into. Kidding aside, will his proud footballing family step in to save him from himself?

Texas football emerges as the leader of Arch Manning’s five-star commitment

It should be noted that 247Sports has not made a single prediction for where Manning will end up other than that he is seriously looking into the four schools mentioned above. Manning is the legacy of the Ole Miss through his grandfather, father, and one of his Super Bowl-winning uncles. He visited Georgia for the third time last weekend, is visiting Texas this weekend and will visit Alabama next weekend.

Manning has always had a strong relationship with Texas coach Steve Sarkissian since his days as the former Alabama offensive coordinator. Longhorns quarterback coach AJ Milwee serves as his base recruit for Austin with Cornerbacks coach Terry Joseph supporting him. Although Texas is a huge brand, Longhorns are in a rude awakening once they join the SEC in a few years.

This is the only school where Manning did not make sense to land. The Ole Miss may be his family’s home, but the Rebels have just won ten games and played in the Sugar Bowl. As for Alabama and Georgia, they won their SEC divisions and met for a second game in the College Football Playoff National Championship with Dawgs finally spending their day on Crimson Tide.

Manning’s lead recruit on Ole Miss was Jeff Libby, who is now in charge of the Oklahoma Sooners crime. Georgia lost offensive line coach Matt Locke to retire, but Uncle Peyton competed against Kirby Smart at the East SEC back in the day. Additionally, they were briefly teammates in the late 1990s Indianapolis Colts. And of course, Nick Saban is still in Tuscaloosa.

Meanwhile, Texas won 4-8 in Sarkissian’s first season at the helm. Longhorns was a dysfunctional mayhem, marred by a terrible defense and the actions of Halloween monkeys. No, they won’t be down forever, but they will be closer to Auburn than they are to Alabama or Georgia in the soon-to-be 16-team SEC. In addition, Texas already has Queen Ewers on the program.

Unless Ewers is the next Tate Martell, Manning won’t get time to play right away in Austin. The transfer gate may be in vogue these days, but it would look bad visually if Manning had to switch teams because he didn’t start until he was young. That’s why Ole Miss is so much fun, regardless of how the Mannings feel about head coach, Lane Kiffin.

If Manning wants to start out as a freshman or a freshman, Ole Miss is the best place for that. If he wants to win a National Championship or the Heisman Cup, there are two things Manning has never done, Alabama and Georgia are two programs he is more likely to achieve than not. Again, that’s his pick, but Texas is the only program that’s not in a good position right now and it could be a complete disaster.

Should Manning want to be the one to bring the Texass back, then, by all means, Hawk ‘Em Horns, baby!
